What we offer
Forget Me Not Picnics is a luxury picnic events business in Southern California. Whether you're planning an intimate date with a loved one or a large gathering, we can accommodate picnics up to 20 guests, in any of our designed themes. We strive to create a unique experience that will astonish you and your guests.

How it works
Our Step By Step Process

Submit Contact Form

​Fill out Contact Form: Provide name, date, time, occasion, guest count, package, etc.

We will send a Welcome Packet with pricing specific to your request.

We require 3 weeks notice for certain park locations and fresh florals.
Book Your Date

When you are ready to book, we will send you a proposal.
​

A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required.

The remaining 50% cost is due 7 days before your picnic event.

We Prepare Your Picnic

We get to work preparing for your picnic.

If fresh floral arrangements, permits, etc. are needed, we get these necessities done.

We will send you a brochure and guidelines reminder. Please review and feel free to ask any questions.
Day Before Picnic

24 hours prior to your picnic event, we will email you a reminder of your picnic details such as location, directions and time of event.
Picnic Day!

Arrive at your picnic event!

Be greeted briefly by a picnic team member. We do not stay during your picnic.
